How the process works

  1. Start or save a draft: You can save and come back later using your Application ID and secure link.
  2. Parent/guardian approval: After you submit, a parent/guardian receives an email link to review and approve.
  3. School verification: After parent approval, a school administrator uploads grades and completes the rating scale.
  4. FMBA review: The committee reviews the complete application package.
  5. Decision: Your status updates to awarded or rejected.
